Madita Richards has worked in customer service for the past two years. Madita began their career in 2021 as a Customer Service Gladiator for Pond5. Prior to that, they were a Customer Service Manager for SWEDISH FALL from 2019.

Madita Richards began their education in 2014, when they attended Harcum College and studied Criminal Justice and Sportsmanagement. In 2016, they moved on to the FernUniversität in Hagen, where they earned their Bachelor of Laws - LLB in Law. In August 2022, they obtained certifications in Digital Marketing & E-Commerce and Technical Support Fundamentals from Google.
