Cecilia Mathews

Cecilia Mathews has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Cecilia started their career at Hyatt Regency as a Marketing Executive from March 1992 to February 1994. Cecilia then worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, first as a Concierge in 1994-1995, and later in various roles including Conference Services Manager, Club Director, Director of Catering Conference Services, Human Resource Manager, and Assistant Director of Human Resources from 1999 to 2018. In 2019, they joined InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) Regent Singapore as an Assistant Director of Human Resources and then moved on to Regent Singapore as the Director of Human Resources. In 2023, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Pontiac Land Group and as the Director of Human Resources (Talent Acquisition) at Capella Hotels and Resorts.

Cecilia Mathews attended Les Roches from 1988 to 1990, studying Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
