Elizabeth Kleiman is an experienced professional in the field of sustainable food systems and nutrition. Currently serving as a university lecturer in sustainable food systems at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina since April 2023, Elizabeth also leads sustainable agri-food programs for FAO Argentina since January 2017. Previous roles include advising on food security and quality policies at the Ministry of Agroindustrie and providing technical advice on food regulations for small producers at the Ministry of Agriculture. Elizabeth has a strong educational background with advanced degrees in nutrition and food management from prominent institutions, including Universidad de 'San Andrés' and Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
