Mariana Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various fields. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and was the Owner/Manager of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Previous roles include working as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular from February 2016 to 2019 and as a University Lecturer at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, focusing on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food.
