Srdjan Ilic's work experience begins in 1990 when they worked as a Programmer at KED GmbH until April 1991. From June 1991 to October 1994, they were self-employed, programming and giving lectures on the use of PCs. Srdjan then joined SRCE in December 1994 as a Programmer, where they developed a help desk application in MS Access and continued to provide lectures on MS Office products until August 1995. From October 1995 to January 1998, they were self-employed again, giving lectures on the use of MS Office and doing database programming. In February 1998, they joined Avon as an IT System Analyst, managing the IT operation, supporting users and IT infrastructure, and analyzing sales data. Srdjan progressively took on more responsibilities within Avon, becoming IT Manager for Croatia and Slovenia from September 2002 to September 2006, and then IT Manager for Bosnia & Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia from October 2006 to November 2010. From December 2010 to August 2014, they served as an IT Project Leader, and then as an IT Project Manager from September 2014 to September 2020. Their last role at Avon was as an IT Senior Project Manager from September 2020 to March 2023. Currently, they are employed at Pontis Technology as the Lead Project Manager since April 2023.
Srdjan Ilic obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computing from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, from 1986 to 1993. Srdjan also has a High School Diploma in Information Technology from MIOC, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. In terms of additional certifications, Srdjan obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2013. Srdjan also holds the Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification and the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org, although the exact date of when they obtained these certifications is not provided.
