Joe Gotts

Joe Gotts has a diverse work experience in the recruitment and consulting field. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Geoscience and Reservoir Specialist at Progressive Global Energy & Natural Resources until 2012. Joe then moved on to work as a Director at Thor Energi from 2013 to 2015. Joe joined Capgemini Consulting as a Recruitment Manager in 2015, where they focused on recruiting management consultants in various areas. In 2016, they worked as a Recruitment Manager at Capgemini on a contract basis, responsible for delivering top technology talent to a banking client. Joe also worked on a digital recruitment transformation project at Capgemini Consulting from 2017 to 2020. Joe later joined Capgemini Invent in 2017 as a Resource Manager, responsible for managing resourcing demands and producing MI information. Joe then took on roles as a Recruitment Business Partner and Head of Client Services at Capgemini Invent and Pontoon Solutions, respectively. In these roles, they managed recruitment teams and delivered strategic solutions for recruitment processes. Joe's most recent position, starting in 2019, is Head of Client Services for Freelancers at Pontoon Solutions, where they are responsible for the Netherlands and Belgium for Capgemini.

Joe Gotts attended the University of Kent from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a first-class degree in Psychology. In August 2015, they also obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional-Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification.
