Lisa Kohlrieser

Lisa Kohlrieser has extensive experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. Lisa began their career as a Talent Discovery Representative at TalentTrack in February 2006 and held this role until August 2008. Following this, they joined Adecco RPO as an Associate Recruiter in September 2005. Lisa then progressed to become a Recruiter in December 2009, staying with the company until April 2013. Lisa later joined Pontoon Solutions in February 2013 as a Lead Recruiter, eventually transitioning to the role of Team Lead from April 2016 to October 2018. Afterward, they served as a People Operations Specialist from October 2018 to June 2019, and later as a Human Resources Business Partner from June 2019 until their current position as the Director - Global HR Business Partnering, which they have held since January 2024.

Lisa Kohlrieser obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The University of Toledo, which they attended from 2003 to 2014. In 2020, they also received a certification as a Birkman Certified Professional from Birkman.
