Piotr Łusiak

Piotr Łusiak is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing recruitment strategies across global regions, including EMEA, North America, and APAC. Currently serving as the Global Recruitment Manager at Pontoon Solutions since July 2021, Piotr leads and mentors a team of recruiters to deliver top talent for the organization. Previous roles include Account Manager EMEA and Recruitment Manager EMEA, where responsibilities involved leading recruitment efforts for The Adecco Group and overseeing the RXO program. Piotr began the career at PeopleScout, Covance, and Marriott International in various recruitment positions, developing a strong foundation in full-cycle recruitment within diverse industries. Educational qualifications include two Master’s degrees in Language Interpretation and Translation and English Studies from Katolicki Uniwersytet Lubelski Jana Pawła II.
