Ruzha Vateva

Ruzha Vateva has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ruzha began their career as an intern at Gold Mercury International in 2006. In 2007, they joined Hays, where they held various roles including Business Support and Direct Talent Team Leader. Ruzha'stime at Hays also included a position as a Principal Recruitment Partner for the Royal Bank of Scotland. Ruzha then transitioned to Pontoon Solutions in 2013, where they worked as a Recruitment Business Partner for Bank of America before being promoted to Project Manager and later Director of Global Project Management for the same organization. This progression showcases their growth and expertise in project management and recruitment within the banking industry.

Ruzha Vateva holds a Level 7 Award Senior Leader Apprenticeship from Imperial College Business School, obtained in 2023. Ruzha also completed an MSc in European Public Policy from UCL in 2007 and a BA Hons in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Westminster in 2006. In addition, they have certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from BQF and PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
