Michael O'Toole pursued their education in a systematic manner. Michael first attended Blue Valley High School from 1984 to 1987. Following this, they enrolled at Southern Methodist University from 1987 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance. Building upon their undergraduate education, Michael then went on to attend the SMU Dedman School of Law from 1993 to 1996, where they obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
