Nic Brill

Nic Brill has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They served as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Franchise Council of Australia from November 2023. Prior to this, Nic held executive positions at Poolwerx Corporation Pty Ltd, serving as the Chief Executive Officer for Australia and New Zealand since July 2022 and as the Chief Operating Officer from August 2019 to July 2022. They also served as the Director of International at Gloria Jean's Coffees from August 2018 to August 2019. Nic has experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked as the General Manager of Donut King Sverige from February 2014 to February 2019 and as the General Manager of Crust Gourmet Pizza Bar from January 2013 to January 2014. They also worked in brand management and activation roles at Lion, Vitasoy International, Nescafe coffee, and Mondi Group earlier in their career. Additionally, Nic is an Advisory Board Member at Frontier Pets starting from September 2023.

Nic Brill attended Northwood High School from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Senior Certificate. From 1998 to 2000, they studied at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2004 to 2005, Nic pursued further education at the same university and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in General Management. Most recently, from 2022 to 2026, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the UNSW Business School, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General.
