Prior roles include Strategy & Innovation Lead at Deloitte Digital, where Shannon applied a start-up mindset to solve complex issues for Fortune 500 companies, and various leadership positions at Poolwerx Corporation, THINKNOO, and Grey London, showcasing expertise in experience design, digital transformation, and strategic brand development. O'Brien co-founded Single Speed Project Ltd. and brings a strong foundation in digital marketing and communications, backed by a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management from Queensland University of Technology and participation in The Marketing Academy's Leadership program.
