Emma Rousseau has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2018, they worked as an Adjunct Administrative Officer at the Mairie de Saint-Martin-d'Hères, where they handled administrative tasks and provided support in meetings. Emma also participated in a youth workshop during this time. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Université Grenoble Alpes, initially as a receptionist and later providing assistance in database management and training program input.
In 2020 and 2021, Emma worked part-time as a cashier at the Piscine Municipale during the summer seasons. Later in 2021, they joined Kitsu Studio as a Graphic and Web Designer, where they played a role in rebranding the startup, designing the logo, and creating website mock-ups. In their most recent position at Poool, starting in October 2022, Emma works as a Graphic/Marketing Designer.

In 2021, Emma participated in an exchange program at Glasgow Caledonian University, where they specialized in Digital Design.
From 2022 to 2024, Emma enrolled in ESD - École Supérieure du Digital to earn a Mastère Création digitale.
