Sean Choi

Sean Choi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sean is currently the Head of Product & Growth at Popchew, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Head of Growth at Popchew from May 2022 to February 2023.

In 2016, Sean co-founded and served as the Festival Director of ILLfest Music & Street Art Festival. In 2018, they worked as the Head of Sales at Envision Festival.

Sean was the Head of Growth at Onward from March 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they were an Entrepreneur in Residence at Co-Created from August 2020 to March 2021.

In 2019, Sean joined Hoist as the Head of Growth, where they played a key role in the company's growth strategy and generated a high number of applicants for their inaugural class of business owners.

Sean's previous roles also include being the Head of Marketing Operations at Blue Otter Solutions from September 2018 to August 2019, and working in Franchise Development Marketing at Neighborly® from January 2016 to June 2017.

Sean began their career as an Analyst at Texas Growth Capital Forum in November 2015 and later worked as an Intern at Texas Entrepreneur Networks from September 2015 to June 2016.

Sean Choi completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Social Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from Baylor University. Sean attended Baylor University from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their degree, Sean also received additional certifications from Google and HubSpot, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hubspot Marketing Software, and Inbound.

During their time at Baylor University, Sean participated in the Wasabi Ventures Academy for startup foundations in 2015. Sean also took part in Quantum Leap with Gary Keller in 2012-2013, and Advertiser 360 for digital marketing from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their college education, Sean attended Eagan Senior High School in 2011.
