Aswin Asokan has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Aswin started their career as a Software Engineer at Capgemini in 1999 and worked in that role until 2001. Aswin then progressed to become a Project Lead from 2001 to 2004 and a Project Onsite Lead from 2004 to 2005. Aswin then took on the role of Project Onsite Manager from 2005 to 2008, where they were responsible for the delivery of projects. In 2008, they became a Project Onsite Manager at Patni Computer Systems, which was later acquired by iGATE and then by Capgemini. Aswin worked in this role until 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they served as a Program Manager at Capgemini, where they were responsible for program management and delivery of multiple projects for McDonald's UK and EU. Aswin has since moved on to become the Director of Customer Success at Accellor in 2018.

Aswin Asokan graduated from the University of Madras in 1998, earning a degree in Computer Science. In the following year, they obtained a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). Additionally, Aswin has obtained several certifications from Salesforce, including the Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architect, Salesforce Sharing and Visibility Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA).
