Matt Hudson

Matt Hudson has extensive work experience in human resources and people management. Matt has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Starting in 2023, they will be working as the People Director at Popeyes Louisiana Chicken UK. Prior to that, they worked at wagamama from 2018 to 2023, where they held the role of People Director and Director of Talent & People Operations. Before that, they worked at Travelodge Hotels Limited from 2014 to 2018, where they held the roles of Head of People Business Partnering, Lead HR Business Partner, and HR Business Partner. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at AWE as a Lead HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at Innogy Renewables UK Ltd as an HR Business Partner and HR Advisor. Additionally, they have experience working at npower, Domestic & General, and Rolls-Royce in various HR-related roles.

Matt Hudson obtained their BA hons in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Kent between 2002 and 2005. Matt later pursued further education and earned a CIPD - Post Graduate Diploma (LV7) in Human Resource Management from Swindon College between 2007 and 2010.
