Maja Granberg

Maja Granberg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Maja currently holds the position of Senior Director Brand and Concept Development at Strawberry (formerly Nordic Choice Hotels) since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Director at Pophouse Entertainment starting from February 2022. Maja was responsible for developing strategies to create demand for Zettle by PayPal as the Global Sr Marketing Management Lead from February 2021 to February 2022. Maja also worked as the Global Marketing Management Lead at Zettle by PayPal from May 2020 to February 2021. Maja has previous experience as the Brand Director and Head of Concept & Marketing at Nordic Choice Hotels from June 2018 to May 2020, as well as a Global Marketing Manager and Global Brand Manager at The Absolut Company from August 2015 to December 2016 and September 2011 to August 2015 respectively. Maja worked as a Brand Manager at Pernod Ricard Sweden from October 2008 to August 2011 and as a Brand Manager at Vin & Sprit from January 2007 to September 2008. Maja started their career at Länsförsäkringar Bank - Stockholm as a Customer Service representative from June 2004 to July 2006 and also worked as a Sales Support at Svenska Shell AB from October 2001 to July 2003.

Maja Granberg obtained a Master's degree in Economics & Marketing from Stockholm University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Maja also holds a second Master's degree in Marketing from the same university during the same period. In October 2017, they obtained a certification in World Class Employer Branding from the Employer Branding Academy.
