Joe Essey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Popmenu, Joe is focused on developing innovative online ordering and marketing software for the restaurant industry. As the founder of Creekside Cabin Games, Joe manages all operations of a solo game studio. Previous roles include Senior Software Engineer at BOLD PENGUIN, Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at SalesLoft, and various positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where Joe led a Rapid Application Development Team. Joe's career began with internships and tech support roles, laying a strong foundation in IT and software development. Joe holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
