Sercan Talas

Sercan Talas has extensive experience in human resources and legal roles. Sercan is currently the Group Human Resources Director at Poppe + Potthoff GmbH since March 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Knapheide GmbH Hydraulik-Systeme from January 2021 to February 2022. Sercan also worked at ERIKS Deutschland GmbH as the Leiterin HR Business Partner / Syndikusrechtsanwältin from April 2019 to January 2021 and as an HR Business Partner / Volljuristin Arbeitsrecht from May 2018 to January 2021. Before that, they held the position of Juristin Arbeitsrecht/Senior Personalreferentin at Brüder Schlau from July 2016 to April 2018. Sercan started their career at BKK GILDEMEISTER SEIDENSTICKER as a Juristin Arbeitsrecht / Personalreferentin from January 2007 to June 2016. Sercan also gained experience as a Personalreferentin at ISE Innomotive Systems U.S.,Inc. from October 2004 to January 2007.

Sercan Talas completed their education from 1996 to 2001 at Universität Bielefeld, where they obtained a Staatsexamen degree in Jurastudium, allgemein.
