Tim Jenkins

Tim Jenkins has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Tim is currently working as a Senior Manager, Payer Contracting at Axia Women's Health since July 2023. Previously, they worked at Poppins Health as a Clinical Partnerships Lead, responsible for developing a network of provider partners. Prior to that, Tim held the position of Sr Manager, Payer Contracting at EyeCare Partners, where they handled negotiations for physician practices and surgery centers. Tim also has experience as a Manager of Managed Care at St. Luke's Hospital and St. Luke's Medical Group. Tim has a background in new business integration as a Director at Centene Corporation and Surgical Synergies, Inc. Tim has also served as the Director of Provider Reimbursement at Mercy Health Plans and Senior Business Development Consultant at Healthlink. Tim started their career as a Night Supervisor at St. Anthony's Medical Center, managing laboratory operations.

Tim Jenkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Eastern Illinois University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Tim then pursued a Master's degree in Health Administration from Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, which they completed from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they have a certification as an MT(ASCP) from the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
