Ollie Miles

Ollie Miles is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and marketing strategy. Currently serving as CRM Director at Popsa since January 2025, Ollie previously held the position of Director, Global CRM & Promotions at Deliveroo from November 2021 to December 2024. Prior to that, Ollie had a successful tenure at Secret Escapes from November 2012 to June 2021, where roles included Customer Marketing Director, Head of CRM, and CRM Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Marketing Manager at brightsolid from October 2008 to November 2012 and as a Marketing Executive at Holiday Extras in 2007-2008. Ollie holds a degree in History with a focus on Ancient and Medieval Studies from the University of Birmingham, completed between 2003 and 2006, and attended Simon Langton Grammar School from 1996 to 2003.
