Jill Lampe

Jill Lampe has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jill began their career as a Systems Engineer at The Polk Company in 1989 and worked there for thirteen years. Jill then joined iSqFt in 2002, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Application Developer, IT Program Manager, and Product Manager. During their time at iSqFt, they focused on improving customer experience and corporate business processes. In 2011, Jill joined GE Aviation as an IT Project Manager, where they successfully led a global Salesforce.com program. Jill then joined Vantiv in 2013, where they served as a Product Owner/Principal Analyst and Product Owner/Senior Solutions Consultant, leading the development of customer portals and managing strategic roadmaps. After Vantiv, they joined UCAR - The University Corporation for Atmospheric Research as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master/Agile Lead, driving the modernization of enterprise-wide IT applications and services. Most recently, Jill worked at PopSockets as a Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst and Senior Integrations Engineer, leading the implementation of microservices and API-led integration architectures. Through their work experience, Jill has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic thinking, and expertise in managing complex projects and delivering integrated solutions.

Jill Lampe received their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications including SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in September 2014, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from GE in December 2012, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in August 2011, and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in October 2014.
