Cynthia D. Rivera

Cynthia D. Rivera, PMP, A-CSM, currently serves as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Popular since June 2021. Previously, Cynthia held the position of Manager at Cardinal Health Puerto Rico from March 2013 to June 2021, overseeing a team of Project Managers and an Agile team. Prior to that, Cynthia worked at EVERTEC from May 1998 to March 2013, where roles included Project Manager Supervisor, responsible for mentoring Business Analysts, and IT Supervisor in the System Development Group, managing a team of senior programmers across various platforms. Cynthia holds a degree from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, earned between 1991 and 1996.
