Gisela Cuprill

Gisela Cuprill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management. Currently serving as Corporate Operational Risk Senior Manager at Popular Inc. since February 2018, Gisela previously held the role of Corporate Operational Risk Manager, encompassing responsibilities across Puerto Rico, the USA, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, since September 2010, Gisela has been the Director of Technology and Operational Risk at Banco Santander Puerto Rico, overseeing areas such as the Operational Risk Department, Business Continuity Department, and quality control for various departments. Gisela holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico.
