Rumen Kalchev

Rumen Kalchev has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of finance and real estate. Rumen began their career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Colliers International in 1999. Rumen then moved on to work as the Director of Commercial Real Estate at Mirax Group from 2002 to 2004 and as the Director of Marketing at AFI Development from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they served as the Director of Asset Management at Accent Real Estate Investment Managers from 2007 to 2009. Rumen then joined Eastward Capital as a Project Director from 2011 to 2013 and later worked as the Construction and Development Director at GVA CAPITAL - Dagestan Development Corp. JSC from 2013 to 2015. Rumen continued their career as the CEO of MEREY REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT from 2016 to 2017 and as the CEO of CITI INVEST from 2018 to 2020.
