Rosa Vicens Esq. CRCM started their work experience as an Associate Attorney at Biaggi & Biaggi in 1997. From 2001 to 2010, they served as the Chief Legal Officer at Westernbank. In 2010, they joined Popular as the VP & Commercial Credit Manager and later transitioned to the role of VP & Sr Compliance Officer in December 2015.

Rosa Vicens Esq. CRCM received their education from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, where they obtained a Doctor of Law - JD degree in Law from 1993 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts - BA degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 1989 to 1992. Additionally, they hold various certifications and licenses, including a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the American Bankers Association and licenses to practice in the district of Puerto Rico from the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and in Puerto Rico state courts from the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. Rosa is also a Notary Public certified by the Puerto Rico Supreme Court.
