Amit Kumar

Amit Kumar serves as the General Manager and State Head of Operations at PSI India since January 2021, following diverse roles in consultancy and program management across multiple organizations. With experience as a Freelance Development Consultant since February 2018 for various national and international agencies, and as a Consultant for Population Services International since September 2018, Amit has a strong background in technical support and project strategy development. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager at Landesa, Technical Officer at Care India, State Program Officer at Tci Foundation, Coordinator at GEAG, Project Coordinator at RCPLA/GEAG, and Programme Associate at Sahbhagi Shikshan Kendra. Amit holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Gaya College, Magadh University.
