Senior Sexual & Reproductive Health Technical Advisor, Implementation Science & Learning at Population Services International

Claire Cole is DISC Evidence & Learning Lead and Sr. Sexual and Reproductive Health Technical Advisor at PSI. In her role, Ms. Cole oversees execution of the DISC evidence agenda to support the project’s innovation and continous quality improvement objectives. She manages and supports DISC Evidence & Learning teams based in Nairobi, Uganda and Nigeria. As a technical lead experienced in systems strengthening, systematic scale-up, and user- and community-centered approaches, Ms. Cole is a key advisor to the project’s rigorous evidence-based human centered design (HCD), innovation, and adaptive implementation processes. In addition to the DISC project, Ms. Cole has supported the Adolescents 360 and Amplify projects since 2017. She is an experienced public health implementer and researcher, and published author. Ms. Cole holds an MPH in community-oriented public health practice from the University of Washington, Seattle.
