Gloria Matiringe

Gloria Matiringe has over 30 years of work experience, starting in 1988 as a Corporate Manpower Officer at ZESA Holdings, where they provided guidance and coordination for various HR departments. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as a Human Resources Executive at Powertel Communications, where they successfully set up the HR function for the company. Since 2004, they have been the Director of Human Resources at Population Services International, leading the HR function for a large network member with multiple programs in healthcare. Gloria has led restructuring initiatives and has been responsible for managing large grants and cooperative agreements.

Gloria Matiringe obtained a Bachelor of Business Studies degree in Business from the University of Zimbabwe from 1985 to 1987. Gloria later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from the same institution, completing it from 2002 to 2004.
