Milly Kaggwa

Dr. Milly Nanyombi Kaggwa is the Senior Clinical Advisor for Africa at PSI where she supports a service delivery portfolio that spans over 30 countries in maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH), family planning and sexual and reproductive health programs. She supports PSI country staff to develop robust quality assurance systems. She is a medical doctor and public health professional with over 10 years of experience in clinical Quality of Care (QoC) and she provides technical assistance throughout east and southern Africa. She previously worked as the Programs Director at PSI Uganda and as the Quality Assurance Regional Lead for east and southern Africa where she provided leadership oversight and technical assistance to all PSI Uganda programs and partner organizations helping PSI Uganda to achieve remarkable success in building public and private sector capacity in reproductive maternal and child health programs.
