Sandra Menard

Sandra Menard is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in program management and coordination. Currently serving as Senior Associate Program Manager at Population Services International since April 2022, Sandra previously held the role of Associate Program Manager and has also worked as a National Program Coordinator at the Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Additional positions include Clinic Assistant at The Briarwood School and various advisory and leadership roles across different organizations such as Oxfam-Quebec and Crossroads International. Sandra earned a DrPH in Public Health from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and holds a Master of Science in Community Health from Université Laval, along with degrees in Administration and International Studies from Université de Sherbrooke and Université de Montréal, respectively.
