Indah Pratiwi has had a long and varied career in the hospitality and business industries. In 2011, they started as a Human Resources Trainee at Ibis Jakarta Slipi. In 2013, they moved to Alila Hotels - Two Roads Hospitality, Asia, where they were a PR Coordinator. In 2014, they were a Marketing Public Relations Executive at The Svarna Group and an Account Executive at PT. Anta Tirta Karisma. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Sales Engineer and then a Senior Sales Engineer at PT. Misumi Indonesia. In 2017, they were a Senior Virtual Demand Generation Specialist at Webhelp. In 2022, they began working as a Business Development at Populix and as a Data Collector at Appen.

Indah Pratiwi obtained a Master of Communication in Marketing Communication from the LSPR Communication and Business Institute in 2014, following a Bachelor of Communication in Public Relations from the same institution in 2012. In 2021, they obtained two additional certifications from RevoU: Introduction To Digital Marketing and Introduction to Sales in Tech.
