Allen Koederitz

Allen Koederitz is an experienced Mathematics Teacher currently employed at Poquoson City Public Schools since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing classrooms, developing lesson plans for Math 8 and Geometry, creating assessments, and preparing students for standardized tests. Previously, Allen held various teaching positions, including Math and Intervention Instructor at Gloucester County Public Schools, where collaborative efforts focused on curriculum development and addressing learning gaps. Allen also served as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Newport News Public Schools and developed skills in tutoring and student engagement as a Resident Assistant and Orientation Leader at Shippensburg University. Allen Koederitz holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Allen serves as the Head Swim Coach for Kiln Creek Swim Team Inc., actively fostering athlete development.
