Peter Fotinos

Peter Fotinos brings over four decades of experience in nursery production management, specializing in the growth and scheduling of various plants. Since May 1999, Peter has been involved with Por La Mar Nursery, focusing on the production of hydrangeas, bulb crops, callas, and gardenias. Prior to this, experience as Production Manager at Sunnyside Nursery Color Spot from April 1989 to May 1999 included responsibilities such as scheduling labor, purchasing, hiring assistants, and managing customer interactions and accounting. Earlier work as Production Manager at Haights Nursery from May 1981 to May 1987 involved planning and overseeing labor schedules and crop management. Peter Fotinos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, obtained between 1974 and 1977, and an Associate's degree in Physical Sciences from Delta College, completed between 1972 and 1974.
