Sand Charlton has extensive legal support experience, currently serving as Sr. Paralegal Manager at Porch Group since April 2021, where responsibilities include process creation and vendor engagement for governance tools. Prior roles include Senior Corporate Paralegal at ON Semiconductor, managing corporate records, SEC filings, and Board procedures, and contract and corporate paralegal positions at Quad/Graphics, overseeing subsidiary management. Previous experience also includes a Senior Executive Legal Assistant position at ManpowerGroup, where Sand coordinated Board meetings and developed governance manuals, along with various legal secretarial roles at firms such as Godfrey & Kahn and Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren.
