Richard Chen

Richard Chen is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at PorchPass since April 2025. Prior to this role, Richard held the same position at Gradient Works for three years and progressed through various roles at Kronologic, including Team Lead in Customer Success and Senior Consultant positions. Richard's earlier experience includes account management and customer success roles at TrendKite and foundational administrative support at Square. Richard began a career in marketing as an Account Coordinator at ThomasARTS and has also served as a Business Consultant and Marketing Intern for organizations like the Utah Council for Citizen Diplomacy and Special Olympics Utah. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Westminster University.
