Stefanie Buchleitner

Stefanie Buchleitner is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Services Austria at PORR Group since May 2021, where Stefanie also holds the role of Group HR Process- & Projectmanager, leading the implementation of the SAP Success Factors Onboarding Module and managing global HR software solution projects. Prior to this, Stefanie worked at Bosch Österreich in the Project Office, contributing to software engineering and development projects, and at Bosch in HR Services, focusing on contract management and the onboarding process for various employee categories. Stefanie's early career includes roles at Kunz Schima Wallentin Rechtsanwälte and HUGO BOSS. Stefanie holds a Master of Science in Engineering in Informatik from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt and a Bachelor of Arts in Work Design & HR Management from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien.
