Michael Branning

Michael Branning currently serves as Vice President & Trustee at Porsche 356 Registry Inc. since January 2024 and holds the position of President at Avtec Holdco, Inc. since March 2019, following Avtec's acquisition by Motorola Solutions. Prior to this, Branning was Chief Executive Officer at Avtec Inc. from May 1986 to March 2019, where significant sales growth and a strong team culture were established. Other roles included President & CEO with full P&L responsibility and Manager of Electronic Development, focusing on hardware engineering for communication systems. Branning also contributed as a Board Member at APX Building + Onsite Data Solutions from July 2016 to December 2018. Branning earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Clemson University, completing studies in 1986.
