Samantha Alexander

Samantha Alexander is a seasoned professional in customer care and event management with significant experience in the automotive and catering industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care at Porsche Cars North America since September 2019, Samantha oversees operations for Contact Center, Porsche Connect, Emergency Calls, and Roadside Assistance. Previously, Samantha held the position of Sales and Special Events Manager at Porsche Experience Center Atlanta, managing sales teams and customer experience specialists to enhance revenue and customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Catering at Bon Appétit Management Company, where Samantha developed a comprehensive catering program for Porsche Experience Center Atlanta, and Senior Conference Planner at Pyramid Hotels, acting as a liaison to ensure successful events. Samantha began a career in hospitality as a Conference Services Manager at Renaissance Portsmouth Hotel and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
