Robin Lehner has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. They began their career as a Technical Intern at AUDI AG in 2014. They later worked as a Teaching Assistant at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) and as a Simulation Engineering Intern at Mercedes-Benz AG. In 2018, they had an internship at Porsche AG in Control Engineering. They also worked at Paul Scherrer Institut PSI as a Semester Thesis Student. In 2018, they joined ABB as a Working Student in Project Management. They then returned to Porsche AG in 2019 for their Master's Thesis in Electric Drives Pre-Development. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Lotus Tech Innovation Centre GmbH as a System Simulation Engineer and later as a System Architect. Currently, they are working at Porsche AG as a Simulation Project Lead.

Robin Lehner earned a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from ETH Zürich, where they studied from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 2013 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Robin obtained certifications such as "Object-Oriented Programming with MATLAB" from MathWorks in September 2022, "Contemporary China: The People's Republic, Taiwan, and Hong Kong" from Harvard University in June 2020, and a TOEFL Score (106/120) from Educational Testing Service (ETS) in 2017.
