Gabriela Hrvačić

Gabriela Hrvačić has a Master's degree in Italian Language and Literature and Slovak Language and Literature from the University of Zagreb. Gabriela has experience working as a Customer Relations Team Lead at Porsche Digital Croatia, overseeing a team of 10-20 agents and ensuring all KPI's are met. Prior to that, Gabriela was a Customer Care Team Lead at heloo, where Gabriela managed the client Zalando for the Croatian and Italian market. Gabriela also worked as an Italian Teacher at Boutiquelingua, providing individual language lessons and creating personalized didactic content. In addition, Gabriela has experience as a Market Administrator at Nestlé, handling invoicing and using SAP software.
