Marcel Lindt

Marcel Lindt is a seasoned Agile Coach with extensive experience in managing and coaching agile teams across various industries, particularly in IT and business services. Currently serving as a SAFe Agile Team Coach at Porsche Digital since February 2023, Marcel also holds a position as SAFe RTE & Agile Coach at Do It Agile GmbH. Previous roles include Agile Trainer and Coach at Bayer Business Services, where Marcel provided training for agile methodologies, coached teams, and developed video courses on frameworks such as SAFe. Recognized for enhancing efficiency in agile portfolio management, Marcel has additional experience as a Scrum Master and IT Project Portfolio Manager, focusing on strategic marketing and multichannel projects while promoting an agile mindset across organizations. Marcel holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from The Berlin School of Economics and Law.
