Macarena Villaseca has a diverse and extensive work history spanning over 20 years. Macarena has held various roles in different companies, primarily focused on the automotive and consumer goods industries. Their most recent position was as the Head of After Sales - Corporate at Porsche Holding, where they are responsible for developing and implementing an enhanced aftersales strategy. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Aftersales - Automotive at Porsche Holding, where they led a team of 40 people and collaborated with internal and external partners to exceed customer expectations. Before joining Porsche Holding, Macarena held positions at Coseche Empresas, Inchcape Latam, Indumotora, Procter & Gamble, and The Gillette Company, where they gained valuable experience in sales, marketing, and brand management. Overall, Macarena Villaseca has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving business objectives in a variety of roles and industries.

Macarena Villaseca completed their high school education at Instituto Ingles de Rancagua from 1990 to 1994. Macarena then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, graduating in the year 2000. In 1992 to 1993, Macarena Villaseca participated in the AFS Intercultural Programs USA. Additionally, in September 2020, they obtained a certification in Digital Strategies for Business from Emeritus.
