Christian Perner

Christian Perner has a strong background in IT project management and system engineering, with extensive experience in various companies. Christian is currently serving as the Chief Quality & Project Management in Porsche Informatik GmbH, where they are responsible for managing the quality and project management team. Prior to this role, they worked as an IT Service Manager, optimizing ITIL service processes and conducting internal training sessions at the same company.

Before joining Porsche Informatik, Christian served in various roles at SPAR, starting as a Demand Manager / IT Project Manager and later becoming a Portfolio Manager. During their time at SPAR, they coordinated national and international projects and optimized business and IT processes.

Additionally, Christian worked as a System Engineer at iTaurus, where they focused on terminal services, backup/storage solutions, and Windows infrastructures. Christian provided technical support and consulting services to clients during their tenure.

Before that, Christian worked at DIDAS AG as a System Engineer, where they were involved in consulting, concept development, and integration of complex IT infrastructures. Christian also conducted training sessions and played a role in sales negotiations.

Their earlier experience includes working as a System Engineer at net's go AG, where they specialized in network consulting, integration, and support. Christian expanded their knowledge in storage, unattended setup of workstations, and Novell and Microsoft networks.

Christian started their career at Compaq as a Technical Support Specialist, where they provided technical support to various customers, including major accounts. Christian was experienced in handling customer complaints and providing effective solutions.

Christian Perner attended the Commercial School (college) in Schladming, as well as the IT Education School in Leoben. Christian also studied at the Landesberufsschule Arnfels, where they obtained a degree in KFZ Mechaniker. In addition, Perner attended the Vocational School in Arnfels. Christian holds certifications such as ITIL® Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile, Certified Agile Service Manager, and ITIL Foundation.
