Cristina Costas Kiley

Cristina Costas Kiley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the General Manager of Talent Acquisition at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey since 2007, Cristina has held various roles within the organization, including Customer Experience Liaison at Newark Liberty International Airport and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Previous experience includes serving as a Career Advisor at Zicklin School of Business and as an Adjunct Professor in Career Counseling at The College of New Rochelle and Fordham University. Cristina also held multiple positions at Fordham University, including Associate Director of Career Services and Admissions Assistant. With a strong educational background, including an MSW in Social Work from Fordham University and a BSW from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, Cristina furthered professional skills through a Coach Training Program at iPEC Coaching.
