F. Patrick Carolan

F. Patrick Carolan is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Manager for PATH and Tunnels, Bridges & Terminals Marketing at the Port Authority of NY & NJ since July 2014, overseeing communications for the PATH transit system and various tunnels and bridges.
