Kelly Mitchell

Kelly Mitchell, PMP, LEED AP, has over 14 years of experience in project management, primarily at The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, where roles have included Senior Program Manager for Major Capital Projects and the Bus Terminal Replacement Program, as well as Program Manager for various environmental studies. Prior to this, Kelly served as Project Manager at The Louis Berger Group. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University, a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Engineering from City Tech, CUNY, and certifications such as Discipline Agile Senior Scrum Master from the Project Management Institute and LEED AP from the U.S. Green Building Council.
