Terry Pritt

Terry Pritt has extensive experience in customer service and operations within logistics and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Port City Logistics, Inc since November 2016, Terry is responsible for scheduling carriers, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service. Previously, Terry held the position of Operations Coordinator at Exel and worked as a Material Analyst at GSH Industries, where responsibilities included preparing sales forecasts, managing supplier orders, and resolving customer disputes. Terry also communicated daily with customers, tracking product usage and acting as a liaison between customers and suppliers. Educational background includes studies in Physical Therapy at Cuyahoga Community College from August 1992 to May 1994.
