Ana Rojas currently serves as a Grants Contract Administrator for Broward County Government since January 2020, having previously held the role of Human Services Coordinator focusing on Housing Options. Rojas has a diverse background in economic development, financial empowerment, and human services, with prior experience as a Program Developer and Business Counselor for Operation HOPE. Highlights include developing action plans for grants, conducting group trainings, and assessing client needs. Rojas has also worked as a Financial Capabilities Program Manager with The Salvation Army and coordinated various financial empowerment initiatives with YWCA USA. Additional experience includes case management for refugees, training for supervisory staff, and counseling families facing various challenges at the Children’s Home Society of Florida. Rojas holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Barry University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Florida International University.
