Moisette Maltais, Ed.D. has a diverse work experience. Moisette began their career in 1995 as a Program Coordinator at Nova Southeastern University - Abraham S. Fischler College of Education. Moisette then transitioned to Nova Southeastern University - Office of Innovation and Information Technology in 2002, where they held various roles including Faculty Training Coordinator and Administrator for Course Management. In these positions, they coordinated resources and personnel for technology training and instructional support, developed course management solutions, and worked on day-to-day course management matters. Moisette joined Broward County Government in 2017 as a Project Program Coordinator Senior/Training Lead.

Moisette Maltais, Ed.D. obtained their Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) degree in Higher Education Leadership with a specialization in Instructional Technology and Distance Education from Nova Southeastern University in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Business Administration and a Masters of Science (M.S.) degree in Instructional Technology and Distance Education, both from Nova Southeastern University.
